Please thoroughly inspect your item once you receive it and contact us immediately if you notice that the item is damaged or not what you ordered. We will begin the process of fixing the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items. To be eligible for a return the item must be damaged upon delivery. Proof of damage will need to be sent immediately. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We have a 14 day return policy, in which the return must be requested within 14 days after receiving the item.
After thoroughly inspecting the damages, we will let you know if your request has been approved or not .If your return is accepted, we will send instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Your refund will be sent to the original payment method used within 10 business days.
